The 6th Asian Conference on Lactic Acid Bacteria (ACLAB6)
It is the aim of this conference to bring together the last research information and application technologies of Lactic Acid Bacteria. Asia has a long history in production of traditional fermented foods. Currently, Lactic Acid Bacteria are achieving increasing attention for scientific research and industrial application throughout the world. The conference would serve as a platform for researchers from academia and industry to obtain and exchange information on scientific progress and applications.
The language of the conference is English.
